Our first adapted P.E. lesson with our special students

Students are prepped prior to the start of their lesson.
'High knee pulls' are taught to the students. In the forefront is Blade and AJ teaching Arlo the proper technique.
Students learn how to do 'crunches' in order to develop some core strength.
I get by with a little help from my friends.....thanks Ms. Akau!
Keldon does a nice push up as Jessalyn shows him how it's done. Upper body strength is the emphasis here.
The students all had fun with 'parachute fitness.'
Here's the start of making the 'igloo.'
One, two, three...and up we go.
Upper body strength is also gained through playing with the parachute.
We always end class with a huge and loud 'Cougar' break!
